Under new ownership this dealership has gone completely south… had them check a noise in a front brake and they found nothing / did nothing and told me “no charge” as they handed me the key… “drive it for a couple weeks and if you hear it again bring it back”. Hey great… then you get a bill in the mail. No problem paid it… bought my last three brand new trucks/cars there - won’t walk thru those doors again.

Great place to buy a car if you're looking for a Chevy since that's all they sell but of course it is called Sterling Chevy so you should know that going into it.

I have used their services three times. These folks aim to please. They aren't perfect but stand responsible for any errors. Pricing is fair in so far as any shop auto repairs go. My experiences have left me to believe that they are honest. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Rides provided if needed. Anyone needing auto repairs could do much worse than these good folks. -Bob Berry

Amazing service. Daniel did a great job of exceeding my expectations. Came in without an appointment, greeted quickly and friendly, and updated throughout with progress on my service work.

Went in to get a oil change and tire rotation done gave them the keys went into lounge area. About 15 minutes passed and one of the workers sitting by computer when you drive in service area comes in lounge and tells us our oil change plug is stripped and needs to be replaced told him it has only had oil changed 4 times and done only by there dealership. Charged us for the plug. Then went on to say that the valve cover gasket was going bad and also needed replacing. The vehicle has only 35,000 miles on it . Told us it's 57$ just for labor. When I replied asking if it was covered under warranty he did not reply even though it was clearly written on paper in his hand that the car had 35,000 miles on it. Being on a budget we began to worry and get upset about how much this bill was going to cost us. So we went out to talk to him. Three of them were sitting there and we asked about it being covered under warranty two had no reply and one said yes it is.Why didn't he look and tell us at first upon approaching us to tell us the problem that it was covered under warranty? Instead of causing us to get upset for no reason other than our new car we bought allready had things going out. Very dissapointed.Will think twice before buying a new car from this dealership next time. Well we were contacted by the owner today and he apologized. Stated that the person's in question were in training. Gave us a certificate for free oil change/ rotation. Very happy he took the time to make this right for us.Thank you Sterling Chevrolet!
