Needs updated. Need to pay better attention to detail. Charges for everything. Not like other Octopus car washes down south.
I've been going here for years, and they clean inside and out, tires and windows.. .so easy!!
Ridiculous!! I had an old man yelling at me to pull my car up. Paid $18 for a car wash and they didn't even vacuum out the back of my Jeep (that I had removed all clutter from for that exact purpose). Had sticky streaks all over the side of my Jeep which is why I went there in the 1st place. Spots all over windows. I asked for a wet towel to clean all the places they missed and the girl that works there stood there watching. Not sure what exactly I paid for. Just overall terrible experience, I'd recommend doing it yourself. The people there when I went obviously do not care about doing a good job.
These people work hard..and I always get great service and they do Great on the inside of my car too!! I Always Tip them BECUZ They do a Great Job!!
For the most part, the business is worth stopping at. Only complaint is that you sometimes have to wait for the outside person to come out to write up your order for services.
