My dryer quit working at home and my washer was over 20 years old. Ashley greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help. She directed me to the appliances I requested and was very attentive to the details of my order. I came in on a Friday night and my order was set for delivery on Monday. What prompt service!!! I'm very glad that I stopped into Knie and will return for future appliance needs. Thank you Knie!!!

I love Knie. The salesman Mike was very helpful and informative without making me feel hovered over. The delivery was quick and early in my delivery window time of 9-11. The delivery guys, Roman and Chris were quick friendly and efficient as well.
I did have an incounter with a guy at the store but I didn’t get his name. He was not helpful and rude to say the least.
