Stopped in looking to hire someone for service on my existing pool and left feeling like I was inconveniencing them for asking. I wanted to buy some parts too and they said I'd be better off ordering online.... will do.
Jim and Cary are so helpful and friendly! I come in every week, and always leave their wonderful showroom wanting something new!! I highly recommend stopping by to see all the totally awesome new stuff they have. This is not just an everyday pool and spa store!

I've been coming to Poolside for nearly 8 years now. We purchased our first hot tub from Jim and Cary, and they were so helpful in getting us set up and teaching us how to use it. They are both so knowledgable and friendly, not to mention when you shop here you are supporting a local small business (good luck getting a pool or spa part on Amazon and having Amazon service it if something goes wrong - haha, that won't happen). You get what you pay for, and I would rather shop local and support a business in my community. Thanks Poolside, keep up the good work!
