After dealing with other Sherwin Williams stores and managers, I know that the managers name is Kenny and would highly recommend his suggestions to anyone.
It took 20 minutes to purchase tape. The female associate completely ignored us as she continued to mix 3 separate 5 gallon buckets for the only other customer in the store. Never once were we acknowledged. I don't know, maybe, ring up the person getting one thing while you're mixing? Seriously? Poor people skills. Will not return.
