It's surprisingly nice inside. It certainly didn't look like I thought it would from Google maps
Northlake mall used to be the place to go and meet friends and be able to shop until your heart's content. It's unfortunate JCPenney went out of business and other stores cannot afford to stay in there. The Rock Falls Sterling area need somewhere to be able to go shopping besides Walmart

I miss the stores that closed like J.C.Penneys and The Little Chocolate Courtier
If it weren't for Bergners and the sporting goods store the mall wouldn't survive. That's to bad for there isn't any where else to shop that's close by!
