Great store for this town. Wide selection of products. Stopped in browsing for a bicycle and walked out 20 minutes later with a great deal. Only thing that kept this review from getting 5 stars was the lack of customer assistance. Asked for help getting bicycle off middle rack and help never showed up. Left to get bicycle down by myself.
For the love of all things paintball. DO NOT. get your CO2 tanks filled here. I brought in 6 tanks and if those 6 they broke 2. One of my friends brought in 2 and broke 1. They refused to give me a refund for the CO2 that I had to purchase ahead of time. Costing me an extra $45 between a new tank and more CO2. Take it from me save yourself the money and frustration. get a tank for $10 cheaper at Farm and Fleet. And get your CO2 filled at one of the two Do It Best Centers in the Rock Falls area.
Harassed, terrible customer service, and told to leave right after bought product.
Older man at the gun counter was extremely rude(to put it very nicely). He was this way with not only with me, but with others as well.... I also overheard several others voice their frustration about him while I was in the store. I have worked two retail jobs and would never think a of speaking to customers the way he did. I was shocked to say the least... and come to find out he is a manager.If this is the kind of managers they want working for them, I will no longer be making any purchases from any of their stores. I have no clue how this man even got hired or how he is still an employee. If I knew his name, I would be making a phone call or writing a letter to corporate.
