I needed an oil change before an unplanned trip. Hannah in automotive was very helpful and professional in getting me scheduled and getting the oil brand I prefer. Quinton was the technician, who serviced my vehicle. He was quick and efficient. The highlight was assistant manager Val Link . She bent over backwards to make sure I got in and out quickly. It was obvious to me, She leads her employees by example. Work hard to make the customer's experience the best it can be. Thank you to the Farm and Fleet team !

Made an appointment, showed up early for a warranty tire swap. They for some reason have changed the tire desk setup so that instead of customers going to the desk by the tires and batteries with questions and purchase of tires, they now have it in the service department waiting area. Only thing is, now if someone has a question or wants to purchase tires, a service tech from the service department comes in and waits on them. I’ve been here for a 1hour and 30 min. My truck has been sitting with no one working on it for an hour because the service tech has to keep coming in here to help others who have questions, purchase products etc... LAST TIME I come here for tires or anything related to tires..
I placed an order for in store pick up. Waited 2.5 hours. Called to check on order. Couldn't tell me when it would be ready. Didn't even try to look into it. A little customer service advice don't try harder, just try.
