Bought a freezer 1 year and 1 month ago. Freezer died on me. Sears response is we can send out a tech which cost $129.00 plus parts.

Great friendly staff. Walked in and were able to help with looking to make sure the sets of wrenches they had were actually on sale, which they were. Nice store, the corporate owned stores should be like this.
